Hi, I’m Julie — a professional clinical hypnotherapist, part-time teacher and tutor, and mum to two brilliant girls.
I’ve taken a few bold leaps in my own life, out of comfort zones and into new adventures, and those experiences have shaped the rich, varied life I’m lucky to have today. That’s why I’m such a big believer in helping others find their own version of balance: in work, in life, and everything in between.
I’m passionate about helping people break free from what’s holding them back and move forward with greater clarity, calm and confidence. I offer a gentle, down-to-earth approach using a blend of clinical hypnotherapy, EMDR, NLP, EFT and solution-focused techniques, tailored to the unique needs of each person I work with.
With over 25 years of experience in education - as a teacher, school leader, and tutor - I’ve seen how easy it is to fall into cycles of self-doubt, overwhelm or unhelpful habits. Whether it’s low confidence, lack of motivation, or feeling stuck in old thought patterns, I meet you where you are, with tools that truly support lasting change.
Everyone is welcome at LEAP Hypnotherapy. I have experience working with children, teens and adults from all backgrounds and walks of life, including those who are neurodivergent. My focus is always on creating a warm, inclusive space where you as an individual feel seen, heard and supported.
Let’s make this journey a positive one, working together!
